In the production of aluminum blister foil & Alu- PE strip foil, splices are inevitable, in this case, during the blister packaging process in pharmaceutical & dietary supplements factory, there would be several blister / strip packages with joints, which are defective products and should be picked out by packaging workers, to keep good conformity rate.
To make the easier work in our customer and improve efficiency, we Tiptop is using the red tap for splices in our foil rolls. It is a remarkable sign, when packaging worker load such rolls on blister & strip packaging machines, they would see this signs easily, and pay attention to pick out the blister / strip packages with joints.
Meanwhile, the red tape is with high temperature resistant, no melting or smoke happened.
